I'm heartbroken

yesterday during trng,
I pulled my thigh muscle .
IT HURTS ALOT ):
i swear,
these few trngs I keep injuring myself .
this is a sign from God,
telling me that I'm not cut out to
be a netballer .
after like,
nearly four years of playing netball,
He tells me this now.

&BECAUSE i pulled my thigh muscle,
its really hard for me to walk

I couldnt go for Ambra's halloween party
which started like a while ago .

I SPRAINED MY INDEX FINGER AGAIN !
in case you didnt know,
last thursday during trng,
i sprained my index finger.
&then on monday's trng,
i sprained it AGAIN .
thus, i didnt go for trng today.
oh,
to add on to the pain,
MY TOENAIL BROKE.
no it didnt break,
the whole frickin' thing fell off.

HAD TRAINING TODAAAAY !
for the first time since the beginning of September .

i was actually scared shitless.
i thought it was gonna be really tough !

the p6es [DSA students] trained
wtih us today.
i partnered one of them !
she's called Vanessa, from Marymount Convent .
she's tall :/
WE HAD TO DO SO MANY PUSHUPS &SITUPS

like 100 each i think !
coach had weird types of pushups &situps .
like the side pushups and crunches .
OHHHH !
Hui Yun joined the team!
ha, i have no idea how she's
gonna handle track &netball !
plus, she's alrdy sec4 this year.
so she only joins till next year before her o's .
so anyways,
renee, thongs, hui yun and i
did the pushups &sit ups together in a row .
when we did the side crunches,
hui yun was like
"fuck, we look like pregnant dolphins "

&then there was the stupid
'cross-your-hands-behind-your-back' situps
which were super hard to do .
